There are certain moments, when something incredible is realised
(in my world this is often music oriented) that afterward I feel I
could die, contented.
Bands/Artists that have done that for me, in concert, some multiple times
(read that any way you want) are:
The Who->
The Kinks
The Rolling Stones
Procol Harum
Sons of Champlin
Cheap Trick (the American Who->, imo)
Jimi Hendrix
ELP
Van Morrison
Bob Dylan
CSN
others not coming to mind presently....
...each of the above have/has caused me to turn to someone
next to me and say, "I could die now!"
Seeing PT/RD/KM/JAE do "How Many Friends" live would have
been a moment like that for me.
Has anyone *ever* seen The Who-> play, or know of a recording of
a live "The Good's Gone" ...?
AEB~
