Sorry to hear that.  However, Pete has discussed his reasons for selling the 
songs for use that way.  Because classic rock bands don't get prime time 
radio play any longer, it's necessary to find other means for exposure and 
revenue.  There's never been any better promotion for The Who than CSI.
