Yes, there was some confusion in the days preceding as to how it would go  
down, but what actually happened was that ANYONE who expressed an interest  to 
Rachel and provided their email address on her blog WAS put on her email list  
and given the links for tix and the same chance, even if they'd never  blogged 
before.  Just like with PT's blog, ask and you shall  receive.  She 
ultimately did not discriminate.  I think she  suffers from the dreaded disease of 
wanting to please everyone.
