I think she's so new to all this that she doesn't realize many 
serious "hardcore" Who fans are also serious hardcore Pete fans, who 
WOULD enjoy this Joe's Pub gig.  She's also worried (unnecessarily, 
IMO) that the lets-get-drunk-and-scream contingent will show up and 
scream for Magic Bus.  IMO, that contingent couldn't be bothered to 
read her blog and scramble for tickets...they only WANT the big loud 
Who shows.

Anyone who cares enough to go to Joe's Pub is already WELL aware that 
it won't be a Who show, fercrissakes.  So her caveat comes off as 
insulting to fans' intelligence.  About the only people I can think 
of that it wouldn't insult is those relatively new Rachel fans who 
share her ignorance of the general intellectual level of Who and Pete 
fans.
