Idea for Who charity event

As many of you know, I am a New Orleanian currently residing in Baton Rouge until I graduate from LSU law school (only 2 more weeks to go!!).  Given The Who's propensity for charitable shows at some smaller venues (2002 Chicago House of Blues), I thought that a Hurricane Katrina relief concert at House of Blues or Tipitina's or Howlin Wolf (all 800-1000 capacity venues) with all proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity's efforts in the rebuilding process would be something they might consider.  Does anyone on this list know who I should contact to start the ball rolling and, if so, how might I contact them?
