So, this is done and turned in to Polydor?  I'm wondering when this might be 
available for preorder.  Nothing yet at Amazon.com at any rate.

Does anyone know how the charts are set up these days?  I'm wondering if it 
would be an advantage to buy this through record shop--they used to be the 
way the industry figured sales, but I thought I read that Internet sales are 
included these days.
