Decieved missing Tommy film song?

I remember reading in a few book that discussed Tommy that Pete was working  
on this song for the film version. He had a pretty wild description of it and  
appears to be the only extra song in the film that he ever talked about. Has  
Pete ever talked about the others?
 
I also saw Deceived listed in the song list in the movie press kit. Does  
anyone know if anything ever came of this?
