Might I offer a suggestion that might help?

If once you see the video start to play, hit the pause button on the video.
Wait until you see the scale of streaming, reach to the end or close to the
end.
Then, hit play, and you should be good to go...

Didn't work for me.  I have a similar setup, but still got choppy video, so
I emailed to complain.  They say they're having some technical difficulties
and all should be well soon.  Maybe they have a little more traffic than
they expected?  It's a cool site.
