You have got to be kidding. This is the epitome of chutzpah. Ignore a
guy who gave his heart and soul for the team then complain when he
"corners" somebody. I mean couldn't he just fade off into the sunset
and get the hint?

Also there was never a contract offer in the first place, that was an
invention by Danny after the fact. If you parse his weasel words("we
*would* have offered him a contract") you would have figured it out.

If you want to continue to dissemble regarding the C's front office
behavior go ahead, but I'm done with this thread.
