This is not Doc's fault. Doc succeeded with this team because he's mr.
happy ubuntu that lets KG run everything. As far as I can tell what's
happened is that Cassell has out alpha-maled KG and is dragging the
team down in flames with him. This is strictly a failure in player
leadership.
