agree as well on the need to use the bench more. keeps the starters fresh and is a rejunvenating factor for the whole team. no excuse for tony allen not playing. or house. none.
powe looked good last night is his limited time.
let's see if we can put them away in atlanta. i expect as much, since sending it to a game 7 is never a sure thing, home court or not.

I agree 100% with this post. Our bench averaged 32 points in our two wins to start this series. Their contribution was reduced to averaging 12 points in the two losses. I think ours is a team that thrives on the input provided by the bench. Remember the game earlier in the season against the Pistons when Big Baby played a wicked 5 minute span? The whole team was on their feet whooping and hollering. Remember the image of KG in the ear of Powe after his recent strong play? Those are the moments which really stand out regarding this being a T-E-A-M. I am not saying that Doc must play the bench for 15 minutes each but rather that he seize the moment which calls for whatever contribution the individual can make. If it calls for someone to give up the body for a short span, Davis or Leon or PJ can do that. Unless Tony is hurt, I just cannot understand why Doc let Ray get abused by Johnson in the last game.
Anyway, I say put the ball in Rondo's hands and let him run this team like he has proven he's capable of and fill the friggin lanes. BTW, how magnificent was Tony Parker in that series?!?!
