I think that Rondo's play this year warrants his being on the floor at the end of playoff games, especially because he plays better defense than Cassell. But it's good to have options.
The personnel is in place. Will Doc use it well? That's a big concern for me.

Subject: Why Cassell is one of my alltime favorites to watch
1. Mentally, he steps up to the responsibility of being THE team leader
at the end of playoff games (unlike K.G. & Ray). Having an AlphaDog
personality at the PG spot is a huge for getting a talented team over
the hump (hope some of the outgoing personality rubs off on Rajon).
You watch him play for a few minutes can see he's in love with the
game(like KG), and would play everday at a gym for free just for the
enjoyment.
2. Skillwise, for short stretches he's still one of the scariest
scorer/ballhandler/floorgenerals in the league.
He's the one guy on the C's that can take pressure off Paul as another
master, off-the-dribble scorer, when plays break down against lockdown
team defenses (Det/SanAnton).
Sam,PJ,Posey,House,Pollard :
That's a series of 5 FA signings in 1/2 year, all w/ great character &
team mindset. I've never seen anything like this(especially in the
LuxTaxEra).
