Celtics' Allen has pinched nerve, likely out

Another after effect from a collision. I bet the originator of this one is 
from Odom. R.Allen took quite a wallop from him. As in baseball, somewhere 
down the line this has to be re-paid, like in March. Let's see, who would be 
sacrificed? How bout Scal?
