any pros and or cons on Evergreen as I start reading it?

There hasn't been much on the last 20 years huh?  Be a great book actually.
Then again, maybe it would be better with 2007/2008 as an ending!

One other thing, I did a google map on the ShawmutFleetTD Whatever Center
Garden and noticed a structure next to it where the old Garden stood, is
that a parking garage?  Shame that it's not some sort of shrine to
Boston/New England sports or something,
