One Lousy Game for Odom. Thanks for nothing, NBA

Lamar Odom blindsides Ray Allen with a bodycheck that knocked him 
into the bench.  What happens?  Odom gets a flagrant 1 and RAY gets a 
Technical Foul!

It takes the NBA more than five seconds (cause they're brain-dead, 
apparently) to mete out any kind of punishment. They don't retract 
the Tech on Ray.  the assess Odom a 1 game suspension, and upgrade 
him to a Flagrant 2.

Ooooo, way to show HIM.  Make him not play against 
Philadelphia.  Hell, it was 50-50 he'd be sitting out the second half 
of that game ANYWAY.

Granted, Ray wasn't seriously injured, but that was more luck than 
anything.  Ray never saw the guy coming, and got knocked into a row 
full of people and chairs as Odom barrelled full steam into him.

This is the kind of thing that can lead to serious injury, not to 
mention, a bench-clearing brawl.  Odom should have been hit with a 5 
game suspension.  It's one thing to be physical, a completely 
different thing to go after a guy who didn't do anything to you.  It 
was KG that blocked Odom's shot, why not go after HIM?

Oh yeah, KG would have snapped Odom like a dry twig.  So instead, the 
cheap coward went after someone he could knock down from behind.

I guess the League "orifice" thinks it's ok to do some literal 
Celtics bashing.  Too bad they're as chicken as Lamar Odom.

I hope they remember this when someone goes too far and the C's 
retaliate.  It'll be on the League for not sending the message 
clearly from the start.  They'll try to blame Boston, but we'll know 
where the real blame lies.  We'll know the truth.

Lamar Odom is a coward and a punk.  And the equally cowardly people 
in the League offices approve of that.
