Yeah, you're right. I didn't read carefully enough. Trade exemptions,
CAN be used, because it's still picking up an existing contract, not
signing FA and it's a pain in the butt to find who has which
exceptions (realgm should make this easier, I think they used to),
but if ESPN's trade machine is right, both Phoenix and Golden State
do have big enough ones to claim him. Sorry about that and thanks for
the correction.
