Boston has not clinched anything.
If the Celts lose their last 33, they finish 40-42.
Detroit, Orlando, Cleveland, Toronto could all play the rest of their 
games at .500 and be in the playoffs.
Washington could finish 17-14 and end up 41-41.
New Jersey could finish 18-12 and end up 41-41.
Atlanta could finish 20-14 and end up 41-41.
Philadelphia could finish 19-11 and end up 41-41.
This would leave the Celts 9th.

The Celts' magic number for clinching a playoff berth is 13 (Combination 
of 13 wins for the C's and loses by the 76'ers)
The Celts' magic number for clinching the division is 20 (Combination of 
20 wins for the C's and loses by the Raptors)
The Celts' magic number for clinching conference is 30 (Combination of 
30 wins for the C's and loses by the Pistons)
