Let me jump in here.  The vast majority of the folks on this list
are wonderful people.  A few of you though...  well, let's just say
you're not the nicest people I've ever met.

You miss Egg?  I do too.

Some of you disagree with Egg.  A few of you really disagree with
Egg.  Regardless of whether you appreciate Egg's insights or think
that Egg is way off base, try to remember one thing.  Egg is a human
being.  Try being civil, both on and off-list.

I'm not asking that you give Egg any special treatment.  You should
treat everybody this way.  The Golden Rule still applies.  And, if
you're one of those thick-skinned people who think, "well, I could
take what I'm dishing out, why can't this other person?", try
adapting the Golden Rule to say "Do unto others as you would have
them do unto your mom."

Be nice.  There's a world of difference between telling somebody
that you disagree with them and calling somebody an *sshole and
hoping they die with festering boils.
