Playoff rosters?

I am probably mistaken, but I thought that the roster needed to be set
per round. So 12 players could be set for the first round, then a new
roster submitted for the 2nd round, etc......

It's 12 active roster, set at beginning of each individual game, out of 
15 total.

That was the change made as of a coupla years ago. I haven't heard 
anything new since... but then again when was the last time we cared 
about paying attention during playoffs :^)
