Playoff rosters?

Does anybody know if, under the new rules, teams have
to set their 12-man postseason rosters at the
beginning of the playoffs? Or do they have the option
of activating and deactivating players game by game,
as they do in the regular season? 

(In other words, could there be a Scalabrine sighting
during the playoffs?)
