so nice to see rondo and powe being players that have to be reckoned with, even gameplanned against. powe in particular is getting a rep as an instant force off the bench. we need to lock him up while we can. once he gets more comfortable on offense, he'll be even more effective. long-term, he'll be able to take over for garnett at the 4. who knew? i had envisioned powe with a ceiling as a dale davis type. now i'm thinking he could develop into a 15-10 rodman-type force as a starter.
as for rondo, he makes everything look so freaking easy. if he makes similar progress next year and the year after, he'll be a pg others are measured against. as it is, there are only 3 or 4 pgs i'd trade him straight up for--paul, deron w, parker and nash. and he's merely scratching the surface this year.
