I really don't see why either Baby or Powe can't model
their games after David West and possibly become
All-Star caliber players. What sets apart West right
now is his jump shot; and I think Powe and Baby are
both on the cusp of developing that consistent jumper.
I wouldn't get rid of either of them until we have to
(because they command more money than we can pay both
of them).

The only thing I'd be looking at this summer would be
to the draft and to who Danny plucks for us at the end
of the first round. And then see which free agents
want to accept less money to play for our MLE--unlike
pretty much ever before we're going to be a primo free
agent destination and I'd hate to see us waste that
opportunity with the likes of Haslem.

It's damn near impossible, but in my wildest dreams
I'd like us to go after Kevin Love this offseason.
Bob Ryan might have been off his medication, but he
recently (on his NESN show) called Love a cross
between Larry Bird and Bill Walton and you know what I
agreed with him. He's that good.
