i didn't care for the ray allen or garnett moves when
we made them. i thought we gave up too much and i'm
old school enough to want to build a team from the
ground up with some subtle moves along the way. 

but i've got to admit, i'm pumped about the coming
season and hopeful that we have a mix of young and old
that can contend. i'm particularly anxious to see how
rondo steps up, how far powe will come along, how good
davis will be and whether tony allen can get back to
his pre-injury level sooner than later. (having had
the same knee surgery a few years back at 45, i have
no doubt he can come all the way back physically.
hell, i'm about 95% back and no one has ever confused
me for being a pro athlete).
