Oh, Egg. Don't stop posting.

Instead, use technology. You say it's "the same jerks." So, tell your e-mail
program to automatically route messages from them (either all messages, or
just messages sent only to you) straight to the trash.

I've been astounded at how much this technique has improved my online
experience. Give it a try!
