Actually Doc is quite good at using decoys especially for last-second
plays, and there will be no hesitation on any player's part not to
swing to whoever's open. Pierce would do that anyway, at least some of
the time: recall his pass last year to Delonte for the game-winning
jumper. Now that I wrote that it sounds like an exception rather than
the rule but I think any of the big three would pass to the open man
for the last shot.
