Sorry, need to respectfully disagree here.
Toine playing center, hoisting up ill advised three pointers we don't
need........ our need is someone that can rebound and play the post,
IMHO is not the way to go. His "championship" experience was garnered on
the coattails of much more skilled players and a coach that knows what
he is doing. We already have one oversized red headed lump plopping his
far arse on the 3 pt line wasting playing time. We don't need another
one.
I really can't even fathom we are discussing the want/need/desire to
have him rejoin the team.
I really hated most of AW's game, especially the part in his head.
Sorry............. count me against any part of AW III.

Hopefully, this clears the way for the Antoine signing
(assuming he gets bought out by Minn.). As much as
everyone likes to hate Antoine, I think he solves two
problems; the backup center position (Pollard, Walker,
Powe and Big Baby could handle pretty much every
situation and cause all kinds of matchup problems) and
the point guard position (we really don't need a
classic point guard--we just need someone to bring the
ball up the court. If Eddie's having trouble, just
let Antoine do it. I'd like to see Eddy Curry or Zach
Randolph try to apply some backcourt pressure in that
situation). Plus, Antoine is another player with
championship experience. It's a win-win.
