Players like Kobe and Garnett present a problem.? The Lakers want to build around Kobe, but they have nothing to offer in a trade.? Similarly, who can give the Lakers equal value for Kobe, and what does LA have then?? Why would Pierce and Rondo be a better lead crew than Kobe and his ego?? How do you trade, or trade for, the best player in the game so that both sides come out grinning?? I don't think you do.? Someone takes a bath, like the Lakers did when Shaq left, like the Timbercelts did when Garnett left.

Trivia question:? what player has been in the league longest and is still with his original team?? I have no clue, just wondering.

LA sportstalk radio is now probably 30% USC football and 70% Kobe.? I love it.

would want/need. pierce and tony allen? maybe, but LA
wouldn't do it. pierce, house and scal? in a
heartbeat. is mitch that much of a knucklehead?  doubt
it.
