Ranking Pierce

Depends what you need him to be/do for your team.

Need a defensive stopper at the SF/SG? Pierce isn't top five. I'd be
hard pressed to top Prince in that category (Deng would be close).

Need a slasher/shooter to score 25 a game? Pierce is top two or three.

Need a rebounder? Pierce could be argued as #1.

Need an assist man - LeBron wins hands down.

All-around five tools? Shooting, assists, rebounds, defense (incl.
steals/blocked shots), and dribbling? He's probably top five with his
dribbling being his weakest area which means he could go to any team in
the East and perform at the same level with little impact to how the
rest of the team plays. I don't know as if I could say that about most
of the others with a few exceptions (LeBron, Jefferson, maybe Deng)
