Interesting article about why Miami signs guys to $70k contracts heading
into camp.  I agree with Riley (and think that Ainge does this a little)
that spending the $250K or so on guys means agents look favorably on a
team like Miami.

I assume that's why Manuel and maybe even Bradon Wallace or Dahntay Jones
got partial deals.  it's pennies on the C's overall budget but what a team
gets from it is so much more in the long run.
