Garnett being garnett...

I know, I know.it's just an irrelevant preseason game. But as a celts fan, I
just couldn't get excited about this team.

 

And wow! Garnett is simply the real deal!.32(?) yrs old and all but moves
like a 22yr old.just wow.  Could've gone 20/20 in the game but opted to get
his other 'mates involved.  Pierce is really not an alpha dog coz / leader
obviously, he really thrived at Garnett's presence and was terrific
efficiency-wise (compared to being the leader in the past) coz of the free
lanes he had because of the spread out defense caused by garnett's and
allen's threats.  

 

Allen couldn't find his mark but not because his feet and ankles were
bothering him but he just didn't shoot well. (what's more if he's on?...) a
good note is that even if one of the 3 amigos isn't clicking, we can still
win games.

 

Rondo did pretty ok as a pg, he brought the ball over in ease and hit the
open people.  Still needs to shoot better obviously.

 

Perk is Perk. rebounded pretty well (would've have had a 10+ rebounds game
but Garnett just eats all rebounds in sight).

 

House is gonna be a fan favorite, imo.  He's a 'microwave' type we really
need coming off the bench.  Very efficient and effective, he's just a lights
out shooter.  

 

I like Posey too, imagine a bigger/taller and smarter Tony Allen. Tho he
didn't shoot enough he made his presence well via defense.

 

Can't wait to watch the grudge match against the T'pups.
