Hey Pat,
Alex has been playing pro sports for like his ENTIRE
life (hoops mostly), so obviously he knows a thing or
two about trans-Atlantic flights and jet-lag because
pro sports teams are always flying back and forth from
this continent to that continent for various matches
and to foster international goodwill. So you're
probably gonna want to defer to his experience on this
one. Anyway, as Alex points out, Doc surely knows
what he's doing, especially since he has the title of
NBA Coach of the Year, which is pretty much like a
stamp of approval for his brain.
