Ok, i am new to www.82games.com so missed the easy answer.

This shows that 36% of glenn davis's inside shots have been blocked while 33% of his jump shots have been blocked.

To put this in context, this looks to be a leaderboard from sometime last year

http://www.82games.com/random3.htm

Childress of atlanta led the league in having 24% of his shots blocked from close.

So Davis's 36% would be among the worst, if not the worst, in the NBA.

>Anyway, when davis is on the court 12% of "own shots" are blocked, as opposed to 5% when he is off the court. This would imply that >2x the number of celtic's shots are blocked when davis is on the court which is likely more than just noise (albeit likely a small sample). If you look at other celtics, that "own blocked" number for when they are on the court is mostly around 6%.
>
>So if own blocked shots does mean shots blocked by opposing teams on the celtics, glenn davis does in fact generate an inordinate # of shots blocked.
>
>So while you may have seen him finish one shot under the basket, on average, that shot gets blocked more for davis than others on the celtics (not sure how that compares to the league. i e-mailed 82games.com for an interpretaion or some context, not sure if they will get back to me).
