  Interesting.  I agree that, for a spot up shooter, Delonte is preferable to Rondo.  But I'm not sure that he exceeds Rondo's ability in any other area.  The upside category seems to be all in Rondo's favor--other talent eyes may disagree.  On the negotiating of the deal, I know that some players are put forward in early talks just to get the ball rolling.  They may later be withdrawn once the pot gets to boiling.  While my first instinct is that Ainge would prefer Rondo, I could be wrong.  When West's injury quotient is remembered, I have no question that I prefer Rondo, even with the shooting deficiency.
