Sorry, don't share this obsession with it's all about relying on the
sign and trade to solve all your problems.
Not if you don't think he's worth paying.
While you might end up stuck with him because you can't get a
beneficial enough sign and trade - as noted, one dimensional shooters
with major holes in their game (and BBIQ to return to a discussion
from a couple weeks ago) are not uncommon.
While you may end up re-signing him anyway. See the Cs and Tony Allen
/ not picking up the option
