2nd rounders

Still early in the process, but one guy i think the Celts should be eyeing
with our 2nd round pick, is Taurean Green, the Junior PG of the Florida
team, the one that started on 2 Nat'l Championship teams (and son of the
immortal Sindey Green).


He's not a Derron Williams/Chris Paul -- scoring floor general, but he's a
solid PG/leader... a guy who could grow into a Darrick Martin/Derek Fisher
type. A team like Detroit, Philly or San Antonio might be well served
taking him late in the 1st round.  I don't think he'll ever be more than a
spot-starter, but he's a Ryan Gomes type guy, invaluable to a winning team
as a lead reserve.


Chris Richards, one of 2 UF seniors, is a Craig Smith/Jason Maxiell type,
but w/ Powe i'm not sure he's worth the high 2nd pick. If he happens to go
undrafted he'd be worth brinign in.
