No way. He's definitely on the downside and has a murderous contract.
I'm thinking their pick (No. 9), Ben Gordon, Ty Thomas and Mike Sweetney
(as filler to make the numbers work). They improve with a go-to scorer,
the Celts get 75 percent of Pierce's production from Gordon and a couple
of prospects in the pick (Al Thornton? Brewer at 5 and Noah at 9?) and
Thomas.
