thanks for the creative suggestions -- sorry to disappoing but the piece
i'm working on is a print piece, not web, so i'll have to save the
rollovers and hidden links for some other project i'd liek to get fired
over.

it's a hurricane guide, so at least there will be some connection in
people's minds between horrific events (hurricanes) and horrific colors
(gold + purple).

Or go the other way and put lots of secret links to the Lakers site, so when
the local utility gets involved in a scandal the fallout will hit the Lakers
too. They'll cart Kobe in front of a Congressional panel investigating
energy corruption and price-fixing charges, let his sorry ass pretend he
didn't know all about it.
