what could the #3-5 (and some players) get?

Keeping in mind that it takes 2 to tango, here are 3 *possibilites* with
the #3-5 pick that are at least w/in the realm of possiblity, IMO (feel
free to differ)
i think folks it will be harder than it might at first seem, but not
impossible.
would the other teams do these? I think they'd at least have to listen.
IND + SAC are teams that made runs at the title and face the crossroad of
keepy tweaking or start rebuilding; DEN is facing Lux Tax issues.
1. Jermaine O'Neal -- IND will be presented with some offers for O'Neal
this summer and i think Bird may want to simply rebuild this team with a
new coach and around Granger, Murphy, Diogu, and Dunleavy.
Isn't #3, #32, Green, Gomes, Scal and Ratliff better than #19, Odom +
Bynum (which is the best the Lakers can offer) or #23, Channing Frye, and
some cap crap (Q. Richardson, Crawford, etc.) which is the best the Knicks
could offer?
2. Mike Bibby -- Like IND, SAC is at a crossroads and while i think
they'll also try and move Artest, I imagine Bibby could be had for the
right price.
Wouldn't SAC take #3, Green, Gomes, Rondo, Scal and Ratliff for Bibby,
Kenny Thomas and either the #10 pick or a future #1?
3. Marcus Camby -- DEN is staring at some pretty serios Lux. tax issues
with Nene, Kenyon Martin, Iverson and Melo all making $11 mil+ next year.
#3, Gomes and Ratliff for Camby and Reggie Evans pushes them back from the
Lux Tax ledge in 1 season.

Gee, maybe because it's a total straw man? Can't trade picks for
players, since we're over the cap and don't have a trade exemption.
The valid question is which combination of players and the pick might
get such a veteran.

Mind you I do agree that people throw out trading the pick as if it's
as easy as just wanting to do it and it's done.
