Sure, but the nucleus isn't really that young. The average
for the rotation players is something like 5 years of
experience, so they're young veterans. No doubt Carlisle
would make the present Celtics quite a lot better, but 1)
he's no Nellie, and 2) the Celtics are no Warriors in terms
of readiness (with Pierce excepted, of course).
