Obviously - the title is sarcasm.

 

To answer your below - because he's about the only one on the team with both
character and veteran status and it takes more then one of those types to
balance a 15 man roster. Perhaps I should have worded it "otherwise lacks"
would that be preferable? Obviously you think it's immaterial and that's
fine. I just don't see the harm in making sure that Haywood isn't another
head case just in case. I personally don't think we can afford another
headcase no matter what his talent - we don't have the leadership to control
one.  

 

If the homework is done and he's just in Jordan's doghouse and nothing more
- I absolutely agree - pull the trigger make it happen. 

 

I don't understand the reticence to make sure we're not adding another
potential problem to an already leadership poor clubhouse?

So.  How can he bring something that we desperately lack?  If we lack it, I
submit to you that he doesn't bring it.
