Trade Telfair where?

Absent any announcements on tv or radio, Telfair's contract is NOT 
terminated.  All the C's management has done is publicly say they 
don't have any plans to keep him, though if they're going to make 
that kind of announcement, I personally would expect them to TRY to 
void the contract.
