Celts fined for contact with Durant's family

To be fair, Stu Jackson is so far out of control that it's not even 
funny.  Heck, Phil Jackson this weak is evidence enough of that.  I 
don't know whether or not Danny did anything wrong, but being fined 
is does not indicate guilt or innocence per se, IMO.  It could as 
much indicate bad governance.
