Unless that trade is for a legitimate franchise player (which Delambert and Kilirenko most definitely are not) this team will never be more than pretenders.  Even a Garnet / BiG al swap is unlikely to make this team true contenders.  

Getting to finals is not enough to make a team a contender.  Remember the NJ-Lakers and Cleveland-San Antonio series, NJ and Cleveland had NO chance of winning barring a tragic plane crash...
