Atlanta should be contracted

If the reports coming out are true that ATL's ownership can't agree 
on adding Amare Stoudemire for the #3 & 11 picks they should be 
contracted immediately.

This is insane and is hurting the NBA far more than the dress code, 
hand checking, fighting, etc.

I agree that perhaps there's an opportunity to squeek in and offer 
Green + #5 at this late a date to see if that would get Stoudemire in 
Boston.  Of course it also sounds now like Horford might fall to #5 
inexplicably.

Ugh.
