How would Paul Pierce's trade demand pressure change with a new GM? He's the
owner's binky, not Ainge's binky. That's what is driving all this crap -
Pierce's demands to acquire veteran talent to surround him with.
 
The only thing I'll grant is that Ainge does have the "win now" pressure,
but that would also remain regardless of GM again because it's ownership
driven.

It would have been better to fire Ainge prior to all of this - new GM would
equal no pressure to do a 180 in a week.
