I agree about issues managing a game, but I don't know as I
completely agree about the more positive spin on motivator /
instructor, since what is clearly a big problem with this team, once
you accept that he may be telling them the right things at least some
of the time, is getting them to actually listen and consistently do
what he says, and show some discipline on the court vs falling back
on old try to do it all your own way habits. Yes, you can say that's
just because they're so young, but other coaches manage to get
through to players, even kiddie corps.
