OK, found it. The "rumor" is from our own Peter Delevett. Now let's stop talking like Perk and the #5 for #3 makes any sense, unless somehow Kevin Durant isn't going No. 2.

If Boston is trying to trade up to #3 I'd bet it's
because Danny wants to make sure to get Yi and doesn't
want Chicago to trade up ahead of him. Atlanta needs a
PG and a center - Conley will almost certainly still
be there at #5, so the package could be Kendrick and
the #5 for the Hawks' spot. 

Ainge might even try to persuade them to take Telfair
as well; Atlanta might then use the fifth pick on the
best big still on the board, who would either be B.
Wright or Horford (who reminds me a little of Shelden
Williams).
