Like many fans, even those that want him fired, I like the guy, based on
what I've seen.  I hate blowhard coaches, mainly because I watch sports to
be entertained, and being treated like an idiot isn't entertaining to me. 
Doc seems genuinely thoughtful, caring, and generally likable.

I think he's probably not a bad motivator, and he may even be a solid
instructor.  I just wish he could manage a damn game!!!
