Yes, that's exactly right. We fought to keep Rondo, though. And that was
fine with a different team. But Rondo, along with his shooting
deficiencies, isn't going to be at his best until our new threesome is
well past its prime.

Ironic...we need Delonte West don't we?  In all actuality, for the team
constituted right now, West's skills fit much, much more then Rondo's.
I wonder if Seattle would take Rondo straight up for West?
(hehehehehehehehe...that last sentence is going to start a firestorm)

We need a point guard -- and not just a backup for Rondo. Rondo is the
wrong guy for this team. This is going to be a walk-it-up, half-court
offensive team. Three guys are going to demand double teams at various
times, and Rondo's guy will be the guy doing the double teaming. We need
a point guard who can manage the game and hit open shots. - Mark B.
