what really changed for KG

I'm surprised that i've not seen mentioned anywhere that I think the 2nd
biggest thing that changed for KG -- after opportunities in PHO and LA
dried up -- was not primarily that the C's GOT Ray Allen but that we GOT
RID OF Wally Szczerbiak.

IIRC, KG both decked Szczerbiak during practice then later begged
ownership to get rid of him.

Sure the extension hasn't hurt change his mind but i think Wally was a
huge obstacle that's not being mentioned at all.
